How Does This Work?

1. Choose your model and management style.

2. Contact your local manager.

3. Finalize your order and sign contract with your payment plan.

4. Download our app and choose your color, material, and finishes. You’ll be able to follow the schedule of your build from our app and see it all the way to delivery if DIY and to completion if Installed by us.

5. If we do the install, we will file for permits within 10 days anywhere in Canada. Excavation will start immediately after filing. The entire drawings and city process is handled by us from start to finish and is included.

6. Once permits are approved, the foundation will be ready for inspection, and delivery of the system will be coordinated so that Lockup Stage is reached within 15 business days of permit delivery.

   • Lockup Stage includes: foundation,  framing, electrical/plumbing rough-ins, exterior and insulation inspections, windows installed, roof and siding completed.

7. Completion inspection within 45 days of Lockup Stage.
