HOW DOES IT WORK?

Choose your model and whether it will be shipped or installed.
Contact your local manager to finalize your order and sign the contract.
Download our app and choose your color, material, and finishes. You will be able to follow the schedule of your build through the app and track progress until delivery (if delivery only).
If we do the installation, we will file for the permit within 10 days anywhere. Excavation will start immediately after filing. The entire drawings and city process is handled by us from start to finish and is included.
Once the permit is approved, the foundation will be ready for inspection and delivery of the system will be coordinated so that Lockup Stage is reached within 10 business days of permit delivery.
- Lockup Stage includes: foundation, framing, electrical/plumbing rough-ins, exterior and insulation inspections, windows installed, roof, and siding completed.
Completion inspection within 15 days of Lockup Stage.
