HOW DOES IT WORK?
Choose your model and whether you want it shipped or installed.
Contact your local manager to finalize your order and sign the contract.
Download our app and choose your color, material, and finishes. You will be able to follow the schedule of your build from the app and track progress until delivery (if delivery only).
If we do the install, we will file for permits within 10 days anywhere. Excavation will start immediately after filing. The entire drawings and city process is handled by us from start to finish and is included.
Once the permit is approved, the foundation will be ready for inspection and delivery of the system will be coordinated so that Lockup Stage is reached within 10 business days of permit delivery.
Lockup Stage includes: foundation, framing, electrical/plumbing rough-ins, exterior and insulation inspections, windows installed, roof and siding completed.
Completion inspection within 15 days of Lockup Stage.

RETURN POLICY
No return policy on this product after options are confirmed and production is underway.
Deposit will be applied as payment after the final contract is signed.
