HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Choose your model and whether you want it shipped or installed.
Contact your local manager to finalize your order and sign the contract.
Download our app to choose your color, material, and finishes. Follow your build’s schedule in real time until delivery if shipped only.
If we do the install, we will file for the permit within 10 days anywhere. Excavation starts immediately after filing. We handle the entire drawings and city process from start to finish.
Once the permit is approved, the foundation will be ready for inspection. Delivery and assembly will be coordinated to reach the Lockup stage within 10 business days of permit delivery. Lockup includes foundation, framing, electrical/plumbing rough-ins, exterior, and insulation inspections. Windows, roof, and siding are completed.
Completion inspection happens within 15 days of the Lockup stage.
