Download our app to choose your color, material, and finishes. You can follow your build schedule in real time until delivery if shipped only.
If we do the installation, we will file for the permit within 10 days anywhere. Excavation starts immediately after filing. We handle the entire drawings and city process from start to finish.
Once the permit is approved, the foundation will be ready for inspection. Delivery and assembly will be coordinated so the Lockup stage is reached within 10 business days of permit delivery. Lockup includes foundation, framing, electrical/plumbing rough-ins, exterior, and insulation inspections. Windows, roof, and siding are completed.
Completion inspection takes place within 15 days of the Lockup stage.
