HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Choose your model and select either Shipped or Installed.
Contact your local manager to finalize your order and sign the contract.
Download our app to choose your colors, materials, and finishes. You can track the build schedule and delivery progress via the app (if delivered only).
If installation is selected, we will file for permits within 10 days, anywhere. Excavation begins immediately after filing. All drawings and city processes are handled by us from start to finish and are included.
Once the permit is approved, the foundation will be ready for inspection. Delivery and coordination of the system will follow. Lockup stage will be reached within 10 business days of permit approval. Lockup stage includes foundation, framing, electrical/plumbing rough-ins, exterior, insulation inspections, windows installed, roof, and siding completed.
Completion inspection occurs within 15 days of the Lockup stage.
