HOW DOES THIS WORK?

  1. Choose your model and select Shipped or Installed.

  2. Contact your local manager to finalize your order and sign the contract.

  3. Download our app to choose your colors, materials, and finishes. You can track your build schedule and delivery through the app (if delivered only).

  4. If installation is selected, we will file for permits within 10 days, anywhere. Excavation begins immediately after filing. All drawings and city processes are handled by us from start to finish and included.

  5. Once the permit is approved, the foundation will be ready for inspection. Delivery and coordination will follow so that the Lockup stage is reached within 10 business days of permit approval.

    • Lockup stage includes foundation, framing, electrical/plumbing rough-ins, exterior and insulation inspections, windows installed, roof, and siding completed.

  6. Completion inspection occurs within 15 days of Lockup stage.
