Whether you choose our Canadian-designed panelized system or our Plug & Play container units, each build is customizable, streamlined, and built to high standards. We offer two options: Shipping Only, where you manage the assembly, or Installed Packages, with or without New Home Warranty. Every component—from pre-framed walls with electrical and plumbing rough-ins to siding and roofing—is included and documented for permits. Fast, flexible, and built for today’s demands.

Pre-Fab System
Built to the strict canadian seismic code and membrane requirements of British Columbia, our pre-fab homes ship in parts and are assembled on-site. Packages range from supply-only to full installation with permits.
Box System
All of our container models are fully finished by our trusted partners in Mexico. We handle permits, approvals, and coordination with local municipalities in Canada, with delivery and installation available across both Canada and the United States.
